Melanie has been a St. Pete Beach and Tierra Verde resident for the last eight years. With over (30) years of experience in the beauty industry as a dual licensed professional. Both certifications as a Nail Technician and Esthetician, including advanced training in Facial Rejuvenation using advanced modalities aided by high end all natural skincare products, Body Contouring, and Phlebotomy for PRF.
Her first salon opened in 1994, located in Pittsburgh, PA. After Moving to Florida, Melanie had the opportunity to continue at a local Day Spa.
In 2020, she opened her own Spa, Just Smooth It, located in Spring Hill, Fl. Recently, opening a second location in association with The Island Salon, located on the Pinellas Bay Way inside Isla Shops.
Melanie takes pride in offering personalized analysis and care, resulting in a client centered Skincare and Wellness experience. Her aim is to provide a customized therapeutic plan which optimizes results. She provides this experience in a professional, calming salon with meticulous attention to detail, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Melanie enjoys all that St. Pete Beach and Tierra Verde has to offer. She enjoys boating, walking the beach, working out, and fine dining. She is happily married, has two girls, Mya 26 and Gianna 20, along with two lovable Labradors, Bella 5 and Bailey 6. Her motto is: Skincare is a commitment not a miracle.
